Terms of Service

Last updated: March 31, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of this email organization platform and related applications, features, and integrations (the "Service"). By creating an account, connecting an external account, or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction and use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring under your account.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated. You are responsible for ensuring that any connected email accounts are authorized by you.

3. Service Description

The Service provides inbox organization features including email synchronization, search and filtering, categorization workflows, forwarding actions, and optional calendar-related workflows connected to your authorized third-party accounts.

Certain features may rely on automation and machine-learning systems, including automated categorization and learned suggestions based on your interactions.

4. Third-Party Accounts and Permissions

Some features require you to connect third-party services (such as Google services) through OAuth or similar authorization mechanisms. By connecting an account, you authorize the Service to access and process data permitted by the scopes you grant.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Continued availability of integrations depends on those providers and your valid authorization.

5. Email Processing and User Instructions

To provide core functionality, the Service may process and store account metadata, email metadata, message snippets, categorization data, contact data, and message body content when needed to display or execute requested actions.

When you trigger actions such as forwarding, marking items read, categorizing, or refresh/sync operations, you instruct the Service to perform those actions on your behalf using connected accounts.

Some actions are asynchronous and may complete with delay. Temporary differences can occur between displayed state and third-party provider state.

6. AI and Automation Disclosures

Automated categorization, learned rules, and related outputs are provided for convenience. These outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific context. You remain responsible for reviewing and validating outcomes before relying on them.

Model or provider interruptions may result in fallback behavior (including uncategorized or default placement), reduced functionality, or delayed processing.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
  • Interfere with service operation, security, or abuse-prevention controls.
  • Use automation in ways that overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service.
  • Send unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or unsolicited bulk communications through the Service.

8. User Content and License

You retain ownership of your content and data. You grant the Service a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to host, process, transmit, and display your data solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service features you use.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to provide data and instructions to the Service and to authorize requested actions on connected accounts.

9. Security and Account Protection

The Service uses security measures such as authenticated sessions, password hashing, and abuse prevention controls. No method of storage, processing, or transmission is guaranteed to be completely secure, and you use the Service at your own risk.

You must promptly stop using the Service and secure your external accounts if you suspect unauthorized access.

10. Availability and Changes

Service features, limits, workflows, and integrations may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all features will remain available in all regions or with all providers.

11. Suspension and Termination

Access may be restricted, suspended, or terminated if we reasonably believe there is a violation of these Terms, security risk, legal requirement, abuse, or third-party provider restriction. You may stop using the Service at any time and may disconnect linked accounts where controls are available.

Upon termination, access rights end, but provisions that by nature should survive (including limitations of liability and indemnity) remain in effect.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or fully compatible with every provider, account, device, or workflow.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim or zero where no paid fees applied.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the service operator and its affiliates, personnel, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, your connected-account actions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15. Governing Framework and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law as determined by mandatory legal rules in the jurisdiction where a dispute is properly brought, unless otherwise required by non-waivable consumer protections.

Before filing formal claims, parties should attempt to resolve disputes informally in good faith. If informal resolution fails, disputes may be pursued in competent forums as allowed by applicable law.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms form the entire agreement regarding your use of the Service and supersede prior or contemporaneous understandings on the same subject, except as required by applicable law.
